You must read the description of the housing before making the booking.
Payment Policy: 100% refund for rent (no refund for deposit) if canceled 90 days before stay starts, if canceled less than 90 days, no refund for deposit or rent.
The deposit will be due at the time of booking and NON-REFUNDABLE upon cancellation of the booking.
Applicants must fill out the application on Jotform to complete their booking dates.
Please talk to our manager, Ms. Liseth Lavado, regarding available spots for specific months before filling out the Jotform.
All documents must be uploaded entirely at the time of application.
Failure to submit the documents will lead to an automatic cancellation.
SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT: A lease agreement between the Housing companies and the Occupants is required to confirm the booking. Occupancy starts on the 1st day of the month (3 PM Local Time) to the last day of the month (10 AM Local Time). The tenant should notify Ms. Liseth Lavado (Property Manager) if there is a need for extra days of accommodation. There will be a $50-60 fee per additional day (depending on location), either before or after the lease agreement, upon confirmation of the availability of the room.

Yes, we offer the option of separate rooms in the housing arrangements for male and female applicants, subject to availability.

Yes, a parking option is available at select housing locations.

Our housing is located close to many hospital sites.

Yes, a $250 deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled.
The deposit will be refunded after deduction of a cleaning cost of $100 after completion of the stay and post-stay inspection for loss of items or property damage.
